Principal in-charge-of Architecture
Clifford L. Munz AIA has experience in a wide range of residential, municipal and commercial projects and has completed the (BPI) Business Performance Institute’s Building Analyst training program for energy efficiency.
Additionally his carpenter beginnings and his extensive construction management experience provide the firm with strong construction documents production and contract administration capabilities.
Over the last two years Clifford has worked with New York State on Hurricane Sandy Federal Disaster Relieve Program for municipalities, institutions and nonprofits as a client grant representative, and have mastered the FEMA process, forms and compliance.
